The Project Process
The project began at the 2024 NAB Show, where the Heritage Bank Center team approached YES TECH for an upgrade: a four-sided, center-hung LED scoreboard to enhance the fan experience. YES TECH responded swiftly, delivering a detailed proposal within just three days. After confirming the design, structural requirements, and control system, the installation began in earnest. The four-faced LED scoreboard was completed in an impressive four weeks. During this time, the team faced challenges, such as adapting the new LED frame to fit the existing steel structure, but found creative solutions to meet the client’s needs without compromising safety or budget.
Product Features and Installation
The Mwall P3.9 LED display powers the new digital scoreboard, offering high-definition visuals with vivid color reproduction and 160-degree viewing angles, ensuring that fans enjoy clear, dynamic content from every seat in the arena. With a brightness of 4000-4500 nits, the scoreboard delivers exceptional clarity, even under bright lighting conditions. Additionally, the Mwall fixed LED display has low content latency and ensures real-time updates, keeping fans in sync with live game action.
The Mwall LED scoreboard is built using die-casting aluminum cabinets, providing a lightweight and space-efficient video wall solution for the arena’s center-hung installation. Its V-0 fireproof materials and self-heat dissipation system guarantee reliability and safety during high-demand events. Moreover, the integrated pin connection design simplifies maintenance, minimizing downtime and ensuring that the scoreboard remains operational with minimal effort.
